Design Talks: Julia Lohmann, Paul Cocksedge, Ted Noten

Again, we had the Chance to ask Design Miami’s Design Talk guests some questions. On the second discussion, Julia Lohmann, Paul Cocksedge and Ted Noten got the Chance to voice their opinions on - you guessed it - design, but also nature, life and the future.

The German Designer Julia Lohmann says of herself that she had been interested in design since her childhood. She combines this affinity with reflections on the role of nature in our lives - her work mirrors these thoughts and intends to point out issues and ideas.

Paul Cocksedge runs his own design studio together with Joana Pinho. They undertake in-house design, accept commissions and provide occasional consultancy work for a veritable panoply of clients, such as the British Council, Swarowski and the London Design Museum.

Famous for jewelry design, Ted Noten creates unique and often controversial designs for his Amsterdam-based studio Atelier Ted Noten. He also teached on University level and his work has found it’s way to various collections worldwide.
